Can you send my order with Gojek for faster delivery in Bali?

Yes! If you're located in Bali, we’ll automatically send your order via Gojek for faster delivery. Simply place your order as usual, and based on your Bali address, we’ll arrange for same-day delivery via Gojek. A Gojek fee of 50,000 IDR will be added at checkout. For same-day delivery, make sure to place your order before 12 PM on weekdays!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. 

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Here's how it works:

Returns:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition (including packaging) to be eligible for a return.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and a brief explanation.
  • Once approved, we'll guide you through the process, and you’ll receive a return shipping label.

Exchanges:

  • If you'd like to exchange your item for something else, please reach out within 30 days.
  • The item must be in its original condition, and you'll be responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send out your exchange.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products, as well as sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or defective items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
